1. Service

Repliq provides a missed call management and client retention platform for small businesses. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. Trial Period

New accounts start with a 7-day trial that costs a one-off £2, payable when you sign up. This £2 gives you full access to your chosen plan for the 7-day trial period.

3. Subscription, Refunds and Payment

If you continue onto a paid plan after the 7-day trial, your £2 trial fee is refunded in full and only the standard monthly or annual plan price applies from that point. If you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, no further charges are taken, but the £2 trial fee is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months on an active subscription.

4. Liability

Repliq's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for missed calls, lost business, or any indirect damages.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and store only the data necessary to provide our service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely using Supabase. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
